We’re proud to go above and beyond with our road haulage service. We are one of only a small number of hauliers who are equipped to offer a potable water service in the UK. Our excellent service has helped make us Scottish Water’s principal supplier of potable water in the North of Scotland and our wide range of distribution means we can offer UK wide potable water services.
Rigorous Safety Standards
All of our staff, equipment and practices meet the high standards set within the potable water industry. As well as adhering to the Hygiene Code of Practice Regulations, our highly trained potable water drivers test every load of water upon both loading and emptying so that water standards are guaranteed on every delivery.
Diverse range of uses and needs
We provide potable water services for a wide range of uses, such as:
- Events needing fresh water for a large number of people, such as festivals, golfing events and orienteering events. We can provide the safe transportation and storage for a large number of guests, ensuring that they’re not lacking while at your event.
- Incident support where people may suddenly and unexpectedly find themselves without access to potable water, such as with major flooding or burst pipes. Our flexibility and agility mean that we’re able to quickly respond to any scenario.
- Work sites with no access to a clean water supply, such as remote biomass plants, wind farms or any other site where potable water is needed for its workers.
- We can also provide storage for the water that will help it retain its condition as drinkable water.
